Personalized Signed Books
All personalized signed book sales are final. Books signed or inscribed specifically for a customer are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to personal preferences, dissatisfaction with story content, or a change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using the contact page on our website.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.
We will review the issue and work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Other Merchandise
Unused, non-personalized merchandise may be returned within 14 days of deliver, provided it is in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the cusotmer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
Additional Information
Please contact us before returning any merchandise. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
